I would choose Mariclaire over any other realtor for many reasons. Not only was she personable, but she exhibited utmost professionalism, knowledge, hospitality, and integrity. I don’t know many people, who would crawl through an attic to inspect insulation and structural integrity, or inspect foundations and water drainage in hurricane winds and thunderstorms. Mariclaire was that person. She did those things because she cared about us and our desires for the right home. Excellent work.
